The Role

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive property revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend necessary adjustments in sales tactics.
- Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and partners.
- Ensure an exceptional customer service experience from initial inquiry through to post-sales support.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to plan promotional events, open houses, and advertising campaigns.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for the sales team to ensure continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in property or real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta property market and current industry regulations.
- Highly target-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient when working under pressure.
