In this role, you will be the vital first point of contact for our international clientele, acting as the bridge between potential leads and our senior brokers.

You will play a critical role in our sales funnel, ensuring every inquiry is met with professional courtesy, deep product knowledge, and efficient coordination. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the linguistic ability to represent our brand with sophistication.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming sales leads via phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Qualify potential clients by identifying their investment goals and real estate requirements.
  • Proactively schedule meetings and property viewings for the senior brokerage team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client interactions and lead status updates.
  • Provide prompt, professional, and helpful responses to client inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Support brokers with administrative tasks, preparation of sales kits, and follow-up communication.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to lead conversion and meeting bookings.
  • Keep up-to-date with current market trends and inventory across the Bali property sector.

Kualifikasi

  • Professional proficiency in English (B2/C1 level) is mandatory; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within real estate or luxury hospitality.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive yet professional tone.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong computer literacy, including CRM software, email clients, and digital communication tools.
  • A proactive "hunter" mindset with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work from our Canggu office with a flexible attitude toward scheduling.
  • Understanding of the Bali property market and local real estate landscape.
