- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the client base.
- Present, promote, and sell company products and services to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments and tailored presentations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions that meet client specifications.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs for management review, providing insights on market trends and client feedback.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the department.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position Unison Computer Systems in the market.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Account Manager, or similar role in the IT or technology sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Strong ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required with equivalent work experience.
