We specialize in high-quality Medical Disposables (Bahan Medis Habis Pakai - BMHP) and are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with medical facilities and drive our mission of providing essential medical supplies to the healthcare sector.
In this role, you will be the face of PT Marina Medika Indonesia, engaging with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, maintaining account health, and ensuring our clients receive the best support for their medical supply needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the market for medical disposables (BMHP).
- Actively prospect and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, and private medical practices.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for medical professionals and procurement teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies.
- Provide after-sales support and address any customer concerns regarding product quality or supply.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Administration, or related business fields.
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Deep understanding of medical disposables (BMHP) and the healthcare distribution landscape in Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Jakarta Raya area.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and own vehicle is a plus.
