Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored holistic product recommendations.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our inventory, wellness benefits, and lifestyle solutions.
- Drive sales performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly store targets.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations, including cash handling, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Organize store displays to ensure products are presented in an inviting, clean, and aesthetic manner.
- Actively participate in team meetings to share feedback, brainstorm growth strategies, and coordinate on promotional events.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; certification in health or wellness fields is a significant advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain product benefits clearly and persuasively.
- High energy, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for holistic living and wellness.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail environment.
- Professional appearance and a proactive approach to solving customer inquiries.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
