Tanggung Jawab
- Welcoming customers warmly and providing accurate information about our menu, coffee varieties, and daily specials.
- Processing sales orders efficiently at the counter using our POS system.
- Upselling products and promoting loyalty programs to maximize revenue.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing café environment at all times.
- Handling cash and digital payments accurately and securely.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality, or F&B service preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for the food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a strong advantage.
