Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and provide a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing detailed product information, and making recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves to ensure products are always available.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Support the store manager in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA).
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10kg).
- Valid KTP (Indonesian Identity Card).
