Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to acquire new business in the Contract Logistics sector.
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads within the manufacturing, e-commerce, and retail industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and final closure.
- Conduct detailed logistical needs assessments to design tailored warehousing and freight solutions.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and profitable.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence reports to senior management.
- Represent Shipper at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operations and supply chain management principles.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets in a competitive market.
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical skills to solve complex logistical challenges for clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with potential and existing clients.
