As a Sales Driver, you'll be the face of Yakult on the road, building relationships with clients while maintaining product quality and safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate company vehicles to deliver Yakult products to designated retail locations and customers
- Execute daily sales routes efficiently while maintaining product integrity and temperature control
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners through regular visits
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations and promotional activities
- Manage sales transactions, cash handling, and daily sales reporting
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with warehouse team
- Adhere to safe driving practices and traffic regulations at all times
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 27 years
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field
- Valid driver's license (SIM A) with clean driving record
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in field conditions
- Basic computer literacy for reporting tasks
- Physical fitness for loading/unloading products
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
