Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently deliver Yakult products to designated customers and retail outlets in Madiun and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for new business
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock rotation to maintain product quality and freshness
- Process orders and payments accurately, maintaining detailed records of all transactions
- Represent Yakult professionally at all customer locations, promoting our products and company values
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback, reporting valuable insights to the sales team
- Maintain the company vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies while on duty
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK degree or equivalent (all majors welcome)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic numeracy skills for processing orders and payments
- Familiarity with the Madiun area and surrounding regions
- Physical ability to lift and carry product cases (average weight 10-15kg)
