Efrata Optima Kairosindo, a premier provider of industrial solutions in Indonesia, is actively seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer (B2B Industrial) to join our expanding team in Jakarta. This is a pivotal role for driving revenue growth and building lasting partnerships within the dynamic industrial sector.
In this role, you will be the technical bridge between our innovative solutions and our clients' complex operational challenges. You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying new prospects to closing high-value contracts. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting in-depth needs analysis, delivering powerful technical presentations, and preparing customized proposals that clearly demonstrate the return on investment for our clients. You will also manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and acquire new B2B clients in the industrial manufacturing sector.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and follow up on accurate and competitive quotations and proposals.
- Conduct routine customer visits to build strong relationships and identify needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to design customized solutions for clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role in a B2B industrial environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex industrial products.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and own vehicle required for field activities.
