Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasting to senior management.
- Participate in networking events and industry trade shows to expand brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to client sites within the region.
