Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to expand TransJakarta's reach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to showcase our service offerings and value proposition.
- Conduct effective contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of the transportation or logistics industry is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent presentation, networking, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
