Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the local UMKM sector.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Presenting and demonstrating Majoo’s products and services to potential clients, explaining the benefits of our digital solutions.
- Negotiating contracts, closing sales deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Providing exceptional after-sales support to ensure clients achieve their business goals.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Tracking sales performance, reporting progress to management, and achieving individual targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and English is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel within the Banjarmasin area as required.
