Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new clients, including hospitals, clinics, and individual medical practitioners in the region.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular product presentations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance updates for the management team.
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure seamless service delivery to all clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any field (Healthcare/Science background is a strong advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or laboratory service industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle (motorcycle).
- Strong knowledge of the Padang and surrounding Sumatera Barat medical landscape.
- Ability to demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and high ethical standards in all business dealings.
