Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for the aesthetic medical industry? Sometech Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the face of our cutting-edge aesthetic medical devices, driving market expansion and helping clinics provide top-tier treatments to their patients.
You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and clinical demonstrations to closing high-value deals. We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of the medical aesthetic market, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the Jakarta territory.
- Conduct professional product presentations and hands-on demonstrations for doctors, clinic owners, and medical staff.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key opinion leaders and medical professionals.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including proposal drafting, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction with installed aesthetic devices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and medical aesthetic regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical devices or the aesthetic industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence medical professionals.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of consistent performance.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred for client visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
