PT Satu Dental Indonesia is looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to join our growing Dental Distribution team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our market presence, building lasting relationships with dental practitioners, and ensuring our innovative dental solutions reach clinics across the region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets within the Surabaya region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dentists, clinic owners, and dental laboratory professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and utility of our dental distribution portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities through active prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis to the management team.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to closing deals and providing post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and effective promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in dental, pharmaceutical, or medical device distribution.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A or C) and a personal vehicle is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed challenging sales targets consistently.
- Strong knowledge of the Surabaya market and existing relationships within the local dental community are a significant advantage.
- High level of self-motivation, integrity, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
