Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or International Trade
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation
  • Proven track record in B2B sales with measurable revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of export-import procedures, customs regulations, and INCOTERMS
  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage complex client contracts
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
