Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify and acquire new freight forwarding clients (Sea, Air, and Land).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across diverse industries.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations, prepare competitive quotations, and negotiate service agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline within the company CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs clearance processes, and international shipping documentation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Possess a strong existing network of potential clients in the manufacturing or distribution sectors is a significant advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software.
