Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiation and final closing.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare professional sales presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to client-specific logistics needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of freight services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas for the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, ideally within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of discipline to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Possess a strong network or database of potential shipping/logistics clients is a plus.
