As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for cultivating strong relationships with new and existing clients while driving revenue growth. You will leverage your existing network and market insights to identify logistics opportunities, providing customized shipping and supply chain solutions that meet our clients' complex needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients to maximize long-term partnerships.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and negotiate service contracts to meet company revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client shipments.
- Provide expert advice to clients on shipping routes, customs regulations, and logistics efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our service offerings.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales, specifically within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Possess an established network or existing client base within the logistics/import-export sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and international shipping processes.
- Willingness to travel to meet with potential and existing clients.
