As our Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, tasked with expanding our client base and building long-lasting partnerships. You will identify new business opportunities, navigate the competitive logistics market, and provide tailored solutions to meet our clients' complex supply chain needs. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on targets, enjoys networking, and possesses a deep understanding of the Indonesian logistics landscape.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and moving services market.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure recurring revenue.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate service agreements, freight rates, and contractual terms to maximize company profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Deep understanding of shipping procedures, customs clearance, and logistics operations.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Possess a strong network of contacts within the import/export or manufacturing sectors is a significant advantage.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
