Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business accounts within the Makassar region to expand our market share.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
- Conduct professional sales presentations, provide quotations, and negotiate freight rates to meet company margin targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Represent BSA Logistics Indonesia at industry networking events and trade exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics sectors.
- Strong knowledge of local and international freight forwarding operations (Sea/Air freight).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage high-pressure situations, and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using CRM software for pipeline management.
- Fluency in Indonesian (native) and professional working proficiency in English.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle to facilitate client visits in Makassar.
