Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Semarang and surrounding industrial areas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Analyze customer logistics requirements and propose effective, cost-efficient freight forwarding solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate service agreements and close sales contracts to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Maximum age of 27 years.
- Proven sales experience of at least 1 year in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry (preferred).
- Fresh graduates who are resilient, target-driven, and eager to pursue a career in sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the logistics landscape or a strong willingness to learn industry-specific terminology.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and possessing a 'hunter' mindset for business growth.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
