Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify new business opportunities in the freight forwarding market.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure recurring revenue and high satisfaction levels.
- Provide expert advice to clients on shipping routes, customs regulations, and international logistics operations.
- Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of shipments.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and customized proposals tailored to specific client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade, shipping terms (Incoterms), and global logistics processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle is an advantage.
