Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the freight forwarding sector
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in Surabaya region
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals for freight forwarding services
- Negotiate contracts and terms with corporate clients and shipping partners
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding sales or logistics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in B2B environment
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
