Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for heavy equipment.
- Conduct active market research and canvassing to identify potential clients in the manufacturing and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide detailed product presentations and demonstrations to potential buyers.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to secure favorable deals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecast future business needs.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within heavy equipment, machinery, or manufacturing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and willingness to travel for field work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
