Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new customer leads through field visits and digital channels
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides for Honda motorcycle models
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up
- Exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain accurate customer relationship records in CRM system
- Collaborate with finance team to facilitate loan applications and paperwork
- Participate in monthly sales meetings and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1+ years of sales experience in automotive or retail industry
- Valid SIM C license (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Results-driven mindset with proven track record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
