Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the supply chain industry? PT. JTT LOGISTIK INDONESIA is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to drive our growth in the Cikarang and Semarang corridors. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for expanding our client base and delivering world-class freight forwarding and logistics solutions.

As a key member of our commercial team, you will navigate the competitive Indonesian logistics market, build lasting relationships with manufacturing and industrial partners, and ensure that our clients' supply chain operations run seamlessly. We offer a fast-paced environment where top performance is recognized and rewarded.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial sectors in Cikarang and Semarang.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and cold calling to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct professional presentations and prepare competitive freight quotes for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase market share.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong understanding of local logistics, export-import regulations, and freight market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently and manage territory travel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
