Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the sales of medical and aesthetic devices by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Greater Jakarta area.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and dermatology centers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies and attend industry trade shows or medical conferences.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend product improvements or new business strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates on a weekly basis.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or aesthetic medical industry.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines.
- Valid Driver’s License is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
