- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Personal Care and Cosmetic Ingredients sectors.
- Foster strong, long-term client relationships to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Drive business growth by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide valuable market insights and competitor analysis to the management team.
- Streamline sales operations and coordinate closely with the logistics and technical teams.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the FMCG, Personal Care, or Chemical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
