Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share in the Urology segment across Tangerang and surrounding areas.
- Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with new prospective clients, including hospitals, surgical centers, and private clinics.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and technical briefings to surgeons and healthcare staff.
- Maintain and nurture long-term professional relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular market analysis to monitor competitor activity and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and clinical support teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume targets.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasting for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field; a background in Medical Devices is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the medical or healthcare industry, specifically within surgical or urological equipment.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and hospital procurement processes in Indonesia.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence medical professionals.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to manage a sales territory independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for sales tracking.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle.
