Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base in the freight forwarding sector.
- Identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct professional presentations and prepare competitive freight quotes for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a strong market position.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales or logistics business development.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
