Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their interior design needs, specifically for kitchen cabinetry and furniture.
- Conduct field sales visits to client homes, project sites, and showrooms to present product portfolios and design proposals.
- Prepare and present accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client specifications and budget.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless transition from sales to project execution and installation.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by proactively prospecting new clients and following up on leads.
- Conduct site measurements and assessments to provide accurate recommendations and feasibility reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position Das Kuchenschrank Inc. in the market.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry to after-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and materials (specifically cabinetry and woodwork is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and standard office applications (MS Office).
- Willingness to conduct field work and visit project sites across Metro Manila.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
