Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for packaging machine automation and inspection systems in West Java region
- Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and post-sale implementation
- Build and maintain relationships with key manufacturing clients in food, beverage, and FMCG sectors
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with technical team to customize solutions addressing specific client needs
- Maintain CRM systems and provide regular sales performance reports to management
- Mentor junior sales staff and conduct product training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of technical sales experience in packaging automation or industrial machinery
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of packaging machinery, automation systems, and quality inspection technologies
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to travel (up to 40% of time) across West Java region
