Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base in the logistics and transportation sector.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure repeat business and high client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase market share.
  • Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision and efficiency.
  • Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, supply chain dynamics, and warehouse management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Central Java region.
