- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive territory sales performance
- Manage and optimize trade budgets to maximize ROI
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve business targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to enhance team capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
