Are you a dynamic leader looking to drive growth in the logistics industry? We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our operations in Freight Forwarding & ISO Tank Logistics. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading sales growth and executing strategic business development initiatives while managing high-performing teams to exceed revenue targets.
As the Sales Manager at Mataram Consultancy, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya. You will oversee the full sales lifecycle, from identifying new business opportunities to closing high-value contracts. We are looking for a candidate who possesses deep industry knowledge, particularly regarding ISO tank logistics, and the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team to achieve excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in freight forwarding and ISO tank logistics.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective KPIs.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate and close complex contracts with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of ISO Tank logistics and international shipping regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
