Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for OOH/DOOH media advertising
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the OOH/DOOH advertising space
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling advertising solutions for clients
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies in OOH/DOOH advertising
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in media advertising or OOH/DOOH
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the advertising industry and OOH/DOOH media landscape
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required
