You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial lead identification and specification design to final negotiation and delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and penetrate high-value project opportunities within the real estate, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property developers, architects, interior designers, and consultants.
- Lead and execute the end-to-end sales process, including product presentations, bidding, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product specifications meet client requirements and architectural standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for sales strategy optimization.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with logistics and after-sales teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project sales, preferably within the sanitary ware or building materials industry.
- A robust network of existing contacts among major developers and architectural firms in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale B2B projects and meeting ambitious revenue goals.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
