Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) products to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the TCM and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Lead and mentor a sales team (if applicable) to optimize performance, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns that drive product awareness and sales.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to senior management.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and ethical standards in sales practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior sales role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, specifically with TCM products preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional marketing skills and ability to develop effective sales campaigns.
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
