Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in water treatment and industrial chemicals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team through regular coaching and performance reviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for leadership
- Collaborate with product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in managerial roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in water treatment or industrial chemicals
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
- Deep understanding of water treatment processes and industrial chemical applications
