Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the mining, construction, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with the technical and production teams to provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the chemical or industrial coating industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and the ability to travel within the region.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
