Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share for medical products within the Bandung region.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinic managers, and hospital procurement departments.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and clinical presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the clinical operations team to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare landscape in the Bandung/West Java region.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to visit clinical sites and hospitals.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professional ethics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional presentation tools.
