Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the healthcare market in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and clinical staff.
- Conduct product presentations and clinical demonstrations to demonstrate value to key stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and account management.
- Provide clinical support and technical consultation to customers to ensure product efficacy.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related medical/life science field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales within the Indonesian market.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical processes, and the healthcare distribution landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred.
