Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operation Specialist to join our growing team in Purwosari. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our international headquarters in China and our local manufacturing operations in Indonesia.
As our Sales Operation Specialist, you will spearhead the critical Project Transfer process, ensuring seamless communication, inventory alignment, and logistical efficiency. You will leverage your expertise to optimize sales workflows, manage documentation, and provide actionable insights that drive our production and sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Project Transfer process from China to Indonesia, ensuring all technical and operational milestones are met.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and sales, to streamline project timelines.
- Maintain accurate sales operation data, reporting, and documentation to support senior management decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze transfer project performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulatory requirements throughout the transfer process.
- Collaborate with the China-based operations team to align on product specifications, quality control, and delivery schedules.
- Provide operational support to the sales department to improve efficiency and customer service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Project Management, or Supply Chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to manage cross-border projects and coordinate with international stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian (Mandarin is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while maintaining high attention to detail.
