Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Manage end-to-end tender processes, ensuring all documentation and submissions meet high-compliance standards.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with doctors, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and clinical training sessions for healthcare staff.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide technical support and resolve client issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare tender ecosystem and hospital procurement cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
