In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and are informed about our latest product innovations and promotional offers. We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about the automotive industry and possesses the ability to convert customer interest into sales.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. You will actively build and nurture relationships with existing customers while proactively seeking new business opportunities within your designated territory. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide detailed product information and professional advice to customers regarding automotive parts and accessories.
- Present and promote Astra Otoparts products to existing and potential clients to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales reports and performance summaries.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales leads and understand competitor activities.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict sales deadlines.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is a strong advantage.
