Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2C clients in the passenger and commercial lubricants sector
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Bintulu, Sarawak
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective client engagement and product promotion
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and customer needs
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate customer relationship records
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and customer service support
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in lubricants, automotive, or industrial sectors
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; local dialects advantageous
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
