DKT Indonesia is a leading organization dedicated to improving reproductive health and family planning across the archipelago. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our expanding team in the Jayapura area. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the distribution of our essential health products, ensuring they reach the hands of those who need them most.
As a Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of DKT Indonesia in the field. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are available and well-presented to customers. This is a field-based role that requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to public health.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily visits to customers and distributors to provide detailed product detailing and demonstrations.
- Monitor product availability at customer locations and manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs.
- Assist customers in tracking their orders and provide timely updates on delivery status.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Report sales activities, market feedback, and competitor activities to the sales manager on a regular basis.
- Ensure accurate recording of daily transactions and order processing.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or distribution is a strong advantage.
- Valid SIM A (Driving License) is required for field mobility in the Jayapura region.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Jayapura area.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and order tracking.
